Wine Buying Policies  

1. Our web site shows estimated shipping charges per 12 bottle case of wine shipped by UPS Ground.  You will be charged the actual charges we pay to ship to you.
2. You may request other shipping options such as UPS Air or UPS 3 Day by entering your request to do so in your order comments.  You will be charged our cost for these shipping choices.  We will call or email you to confirm non standard shipping choices.
3. We offer a 15% discount of orders of twelve (12) bottles or more on a single order shipped to a single location.  We will apply the discount to your account at the time your order is processed.
4.  All wine shipments must signed for by an adult signature.  We do not accept orders from anyone under the age of 21 years - no exceptions!
5. We have provided a secure website for online ordering, but if you prefer, we willingly accept orders by telephone (541) 998 - 1447 or FAX (541) 998 - 9206
6. The laws regarding shipping are in flux.  We will confirm the legality of shipping to your state or will inform you that we are unable to fulfill your order if shipments to your state are still resticted.
